Request priority designation under JobsFirst. Submissions are reviewed by the Governor’s Office for eligibility.
Before you apply
The official application is hosted securely on Go DE. Prepare a clear project description, sponsor and entity details, location, anticipated permits, estimated investment, public benefits, and available site plans or supporting documents.
- The project is located in Delaware.
- It falls within an eligible priority category.
- The sponsor is ready to coordinate with an assigned ombudsman.
- Required permit applications can be prepared for coordinated review.
